    I am concerned with the chosen dimension of your Grim Reaper. Smaller characters visually are more comical and pose no threat. Having him so much smaller will make your story telling harder. If he was, say twice the size of the other two characters this immediately presents a dynamic where he can be over bearing, have a long arm reach, be imposing and threatening in his stature. Smaller evil characters need a lot more work to make them appear evil and as I say tend to be funny. Even if his sickle is larger, I think this would not be enough to present this characters intention in a short film. Also his jaunty angled hat appears cute not scary or dark evil. Aj Millie

    Thank you for your suggestion. However, I want to make the differences character from audience perception. People usually think that the grim reaper should be tall, skinny, and scary. But I make the difference on purpose. I want the grim to be smaller and the appearance looks cute that will go along with my story. I want audience to percive that the grim comes to help the man at first...
